Modern Lullabies

Modern Lullaby number one:

You say hi to your piggy  you ain’t seen in awhile

While slumber had taken you away

It’s your very first year and you’re gonna be here

For the next two years in this crib

Hoping one of those Teddy Bears will wink at you and say

“You know we really haven’t played with you before”

Cause when  your five months feeling like you’re the center of our world

I stop there usually and just sing the chorus over and over.  Shiloh gets a kick out of it!  ”Fifteen” for some reason is ALWAYS in my head- probably because she’s my guilty pleasure perhaps it’s the infinite number of times I hear it each day!
